Director of Professional Development and Productivity Coach Todd C. Menard, GRI, CNE has over 30 years experience in sales and management, and has been a leader in the real estate industry in the Greater Metropolitan Phoenix New Home Real Estate Market since 1991. He was instrumental in the launch and growth of New Home Information Center in 1994 becoming its Designated Broker shortly thereafter. In July of 2000, Todd created the award winning multi-million dollar venture known as the New Home Division of Keller Williams Realty, and in 2005 founded Professional Real Estate Partners dedicated to recruiting individuals desiring to maximize their real estate portfolios and cushion themselves from the peaks and valleys of the real estate industry. In December of 2008 Todd became Director of Professional Development for the Keller Williams Integrity First Realty Companies providing oversight of the educational curriculum and instructor development, and provides accountability coaching and consulting services on-site.
During his tenures he discovered 'why' the 80/20 failure/success ratio also applies to real estate. Todd concluded that the agents don’t fail in real estate; the real estate industry (brokerages) fail the agents. He immediately realized the need for higher quality training, accountability, and teamwork at the office level. Since then, he has been committed to forming and educating the most professional real estate teams ever assembled. At present more than 70% of all agents trained by Todd are still in real estate today, exceeding the industry average by 300%. “Agents deserve an orientation and on-going educational programs that include the most advanced techniques and innovative strategies available today. These programs must provide the real estate professional with a thorough understanding of how to implement these concepts with professionalism and compliance to the rules and regulations of ARMLS, the Arizona Revised Statutes, The Commissioner's Rules and Substantive Policies and the National Assoc. of REALTORS Code of Ethics and Professional Standards. The emphasis that separates the 'common' from the 'uncommon' practitioner is not only knowing the rules but HOW you conduct yourself and your best practices. Todd offers a unique niche that is overlooked by many licensed real estate agents. New or relocating realtors are offered an opportunity to compete with resale agents possessing longer real estate resumes that otherwise, without a database of past clients, would not have the local experience to compete. We provide training, coaching and consulting in the areas of generating self-confidence, systems and models, product knowledge, presentation techniques, finance, advanced contract and addendum writing strategies, lead generation, ethics and professional standards! We encourage our participants to be creative and innovative professionals”, says Todd Menard, GRI, CNE, December 2nd, 2008.
In 2007, the real estate market dramatically shifted causing many licensees to evalute their real estate careers and make career altering decisions. Todd saw once again the need for vision, training and accountability at the brokerage level and became contributing author of "Real Estate in 2008" published by Lifebushido Publishing. This book was created to educate REALTORS from around the country on current systems and strategies that are actually working in the current market. In 2008, he redeveloped his acclaimed Orientation Program for newly licensed REALTORS looking for a solid real estate foundation of policies and procedures, and those REALTORS looking for success and achievement through professional standards and practices. In addition, Todd founded the American Institute of Professional Standards and Practices an entity dedicated to the advancement of ethics in business.
Integrity and business acumen combined with his lust for knowledge have positioned Todd as a leader in the real estate community. In 1994, three years after entering the real estate industry his sales and creative applications sought him the position of Sales Manager at New Home Information Center. His ethics and integrity promoted him to Designated Broker in July of 1995. In 1997 he was selected to join the Grievance Committee at the Southeast Valley Association of REALTORS© and in 1998 was appointed to the position of Chairperson. In 2001 and 2002, Todd’s leadership ability led his team to receive the prestigious Keller Williams Realty International Platinum Sales Achievement Award placing their production in the Top 15 Nationally and the Top 5 in the Southwest Region. He was inducted into “Who’s Who In U.S. Executives” 1984 and to “Who’s Who in Real Estate Professionals” in 2007. More recently Todd has been elected by his peers to serve as member of the Board of Directors of the Southeast Valley Regional Association of REALTORS (08-09), was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Arizona Association of REALTORS (08-09) and to the Arizona Association of REALTORS Professional Standards Committee (2008-Present).
Todd believes that you must give back to the community that has provided for you so well. Over the past years he has donated time and energy volunteering on community projects and serving on many volunteer and appointed positions, committees and boards.
